REPLACEMENTS & HOLIDAYS

·        Please note that we follow traditional Teachers’ (1 September) and Children’s Day (1 October) dates. Should these dates fall on a Fri or weekend, we will claim on the prior Thurs or following Monday.

·        There are  no classes  and  no replacements  during Public Holidays, Youth Day, Teachers’ Day, and Children’s Day.

·        We have a no replacement policy should your child be unable to attend class for any reason, whether due to illness, clashes with other programs, or personal vacation schedules.

·        Replacements will only be made in the event we have to cancel classes. Any other replacements are strictly discretionary.  

·        When a Public Holiday falls on a Saturday, we follow the practice adopted by schools e.g. if the school replaces the Public Holiday on Saturday with a day off on Monday, we do the same. 

Withdrawals

Should you decide to stop at any time, and withdraw from classes, you will have to give a month’s notice or compensate that month as notice.
